Paid Quests for Shorts and TikTok are here! - Release Notes (December 2024)

The year is coming to an end, but Lurkit isn’t done quite yet! After all, we are quite an energetic bunch of busy bees and want to offer the best experience for you all.

Earlier this year, we released the first iteration of TikTok and YouTube Shorts campaigns on the Lurkit Platform, and today marks two important updates coming to them fresh out the oven. You can now launch paid campaigns (a.k.a. Quests) for TikTok and YouTube Shorts on the platform and get that sweet sweet visibility boost your game needs and deserves. 

As always, we also packed some minor but experience changing quality of life updates and bug fixes — So, let’s dive in!

Lurkit - Release Notes (December 10, 2024)

For Companies:

New Paid Campaign (Quest) feature:

  • Shorts Quests: You can now create Paid Quests designed for short-form content on TikTok and YouTube, making it easier to engage creators and tap into these high-performing platforms and content types.

Updates for Results & Reporting:

  • Performance Improvements: Faster and more reliable Result & Reporting views and tables.
  • Date Range Picker: A highly requested addition for Paid Quests! Effortlessly filter and analyze your Quest results by specific time periods for better insights.
  • Enhanced Quest Results View: Now features interactive graphs for improved clarity and detailed performance tracking.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved multiple issues in key areas, including Creator Management, Quest submissions, Mission progress status and company settings, to enhance usability.
  • Improved stability in the Create Activation modal and filtering functionalities.
  • Addressed over 15 various issues, ensuring a smoother and more seamless experience across the platform.

For Creators:

New and Updated TikTok & YouTube Shorts (v1.0):

  • Introduced earlier this year, you can now connect your TikTok account on Lurkit
  • Introduced earlier this year, YouTube Longform and Shortform content are no longer grouped together in analytics
  • There is now Paid Campaign (Quest) support for TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issues with claiming codes, Quest submission, Mission progress status and other minor glitches to improve your experience.
